Earlier this summer in mid June, beautiful young JJ Magazine model and actress Meisa Kuroki 黒木メイサ made her Jpop singing debut in connection with the au Sportio/W62T mobile phones. The R&B dance song “Like This” is the first single under real name (she had sang in the 2007 film, Crows Zero クローズＺＥＲＯ singing under the name Ruka Kashiwagi). Meisa appears in TV commercials for both phones with different arrangements of the song used in each commercial.
Meisa continues her acting career having starred in last year’s Dear Father Haikei Chichiue-sama 拝啓、父上様 (as Naomi Karasawa) and this year’s One Pound Gosppel Ichi pondo no fukuin 1ポンドの福音 (as Angela).
